Is there mountain bike hire or ski hire in Whistler?

We provide 2 mountain bikes for free for your full stay with us and we have partnerships with many of sports shops and rental companies which give you exclusive discounts on equipment rental and activities.

Free Internet? What is the Speed?

We know how to value you your digital life, We provide 100Mbps fibre optic unlimited* WIFI  internet for all our guests.

What time is the check in and check out time?

The check-in time is 4 pm or after. The check out time is 10 am or sooner. An early check in or late check out can be arranged with us prior to your stay.

Is there a local contact if I have any problems or issues?

Yes, our homes are professionally managed by local management team.

Are pets allowed in the villa?

No, although Thompson Villas love pets, we cannot allow them in any of our villas due to safety and hygiene reasons of our future guests.

Are all linens and towels provided?

Yes, all linens and towels are provided.

Is a housekeeping service provided?

A housekeeping service can be provided, however there is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

Are hairdryers provided?

Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our villas.

Are irons and ironing boards provided?

Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our villas.

Do you take a damage security deposit?

No, But if there any damage happened to the property, full value for the recovery of the damage should be paid before leaving the villas.
